Second hand pretty sure - Unfortunately, if you buy your games secondhand and the previous owner already registered them, you cannot register them under a different username.1

- If they're second hand and they're already registered, I'm afraid you can't UNregister them all, and register them here. Apparently if you go to EA live chat, which you can find by searching google, you can see if the accounts can be merged, so all the games are registered on your account. I don't know if this is true though, and you'd need the original account owner's consent even if it IS true, I'm sure
